Since 1999, more than 70 children have been escorted to the United States for donated medical and surgical treatment through Casa Corazón. Most of these children are already back home with their families in Honduras.

Casa Corazón escorts the children on the airplane to the USA and back to Honduras when medically safe and their care is complete. The ministry also works with local hospitals to provide services free of charge for the Honduran children and oversees their care while thy are here in the United States.

Casa Corazón hosts these children or places them with the host families who donate their care for the children.
